3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of booking.

Pricing may change if:

• The condition of the property differs from expectations
• Additional services are requested
• Extra labor or time is required
• Unexpected cleaning conditions exist

4. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If our team cannot access the property, cancellation or lockout fees may apply.

Arrival times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept:

• Zelle
• Electronic Payments

By providing payment information, you authorize TruMaid Services to charge your selected payment method.

6. Recurring Cleaning Services

Recurring cleaning plans automatically renew until canceled by the client.

Pricing and schedules may be updated with reasonable notice.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations may result in:

• Cancellation fees
• Loss of deposits
• Minimum service charges

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

TruMaid Services strives to provide exceptional service.

If you are dissatisfied with any completed service, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours.

We may:

• Re-clean affected areas
• Issue service credits
• Provide reasonable solutions

9. Safety & Working Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services involving:

• Hazardous materials
• Biohazards
• Pest infestations
• Unsafe environments
• Dangerous structural conditions

10. Limitation of Liability

TruMaid Services shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Improperly installed fixtures
• Normal wear and tear
• Fragile or unstable items
• Undisclosed delicate surfaces or materials

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

11. Pets

Clients are responsible for securing pets during service visits.

TruMaid Services is not responsible for pets unless caused by gross negligence.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, graphics, images, and written content are the property of TruMaid Services.

13. Photographs & Marketing

By using our services, you grant TruMaid Services permission to photograph completed work for marketing and promotional purposes, including before-and-after photos.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with website operations
• Copy or scrape website content

15. Disclaimer
